This is the driver's own surface: whether you are on duty, how current the position you last declared is, and the work assigned to you — nothing else, and nobody else's.
You are not signed in, so this surface cannot show you anything
The driver surface holds exactly two facts and both are personal: whether YOU are on duty, and what YOU are driving. With no session there is no "you" to answer for, so no duty state and no queue are shown. This is not "you have no work today".
Signing in is required both to see this page and to declare availability — the declaration is recorded against your identity, never against a device.
